These terms govern your use of the pk41 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing bets. By creating an account, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

Each player may hold only one pk41 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending a review.
pk41 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is required during account setup and may be requested again before withdrawals are processed.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Terms for each bonus are shown at the time of claiming.
Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone. pk41 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
Funds can only be withdrawn to the payment method registered and verified on your pk41 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion are available to all players. These tools can be activated from your account settings at any time without contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the pk41 platform, including the website at pk41.app, the pk41 mobile application, and all related services offered through the platform. The Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and pk41.
By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If at any point you disagree with these Terms or any subsequent updates, you should cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read alongside the pk41 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are available on this website. Together, these documents define the rules and expectations that apply to every player on the platform.
To create an account and use the pk41 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false information — whether about your age, identity, or any other detail — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on pk41. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, payment method, or IP address, we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players should not attempt to open a new account after being self-excluded or banned — this is a violation of the Terms and will be treated accordingly.
pk41 may request identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any other time we consider appropriate. Verification typically requires a clear image of your CNIC (front and back) and may include a selfie with your ID for large withdrawal amounts. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested will have their withdrawal access suspended until the required documents are provided and reviewed.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered phone number. Do not share these with anyone, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent pk41 support. Genuine pk41 support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk41 support immediately through the in-app help section. We recommend also changing your password immediately in such a situation. pk41 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because of your own failure to keep your credentials secure.
You should avoid logging into your pk41 account on shared devices, public computers, or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks. Log out of your account whenever you are done using the platform on a device that is accessible to others.
All deposits and transactions on pk41 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, and standard bank transfers to registered Pakistani bank accounts. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed without prior notice.
Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your pk41 account. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment method belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the amount will be returned and your account may be subject to additional review.
pk41 does not charge fees for deposits from its side. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the nature of the transfer. These charges are outside pk41's control and are not covered or reimbursed by the platform.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of making a deposit and may vary by payment method. Deposits that fail to credit your account within the expected timeframe should be reported through the support section along with the transaction reference number from your payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered on your pk41 account. You cannot request a withdrawal to a payment account that has not been verified and registered in your name. This policy exists to protect your funds from being redirected and cannot be waived.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete identity verification as described in Section 2. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account are processed according to the standard timelines for your chosen payment method.
pk41 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal screen. Refer to the Withdrawal page on this site for current limits by method.
Withdrawals may be delayed or held for review in the following circumstances: the account has not completed verification; the withdrawal amount triggers a manual review threshold; there is a discrepancy between account identity and payment method identity; or there are grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms. pk41 will communicate the reason for any hold through your registered contact details or in-app notification.
pk41 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, eligibility conditions, and time limits that are stated at the time the bonus is presented to you. It is your responsibility to read the bonus terms before claiming. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount across eligible games or betting markets before the balance can be withdrawn. Your wallet clearly displays your total balance and the withdrawable portion separately.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by genuine players. The following are not permitted and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension:
pk41 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and remove associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus has been misused or claimed in bad faith.
All bets placed on pk41 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. These rules govern how bets are settled, how odds are applied, and what happens in exceptional circumstances such as match abandonments, player withdrawals, or rule changes by the governing sports body.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is available on that specific bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the settled result — odds changes after your bet is confirmed do not affect your bet.
For cricket, if a match is abandoned without a result and the DLS method cannot determine an official outcome, most pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an official result is declared using DLS, bets settle on that result. Specific market rules for cricket, PSL, football, esports, and other sports are available within the sportsbook interface.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across markets and may vary. Very large bets on specific markets may require manual acceptance. pk41 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account if unusual patterns are detected, without prior notice.
The casino, fish games, slots, and other games available in the pk41 game lobby operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. pk41 provides the platform through which these games are made available; specific game mechanics, RTP (return to player) figures, and win conditions are determined by the game providers.
In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, the outcome of any in-progress round at the time of the fault will be determined according to the game's own fault handling procedure. pk41 will investigate reported technical issues and provide resolution where the fault is confirmed to have occurred on the platform side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk41 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
pk41 reserves the right to withhold funds, suspend accounts, and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities where appropriate. Accounts found engaged in prohibited activities will not receive refunds on deposits or previously placed bets.

pk41 does not permit play by minors. Any account found to be operated by someone under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
You may request the closure of your pk41 account at any time by contacting support through the in-app help section. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts that are under active investigation for a Terms violation cannot be voluntarily closed until the investigation is complete.
pk41 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, no remaining balance will be returned.
pk41 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where possible; unplanned outages will be resolved as promptly as circumstances allow.
pk41 is not liable for losses arising from: delays or failures in third-party payment processing (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banking systems); interruptions to internet service on your end; or decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform. You are responsible for the betting and gaming decisions you make, including the amounts you wager.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
pk41 may update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through in-app notification or the registered email address. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
